A later arrival is possible by prior arrangement. You will receive information about the key handover or self-check-in in good time by email.
All information will be sent to you in advance by email. This includes the code for opening the gate to the underground garage and the code for the self-check-in box, where your room cards are located.
To confirm your booking, we require a deposit of 30% of the total booked amount. The deposit must be paid within two weeks by bank transfer. The remaining balance is to be paid directly upon arrival on site. You can find exact details of our bank connections in your booking confirmation.
Upon your arrival, we ask for a security deposit of € 300.00. This will be done either as a pre-authorization on your credit card or can be deposited in cash as an alternative.
Up to a maximum amount of € 4,999.99, EU citizens may pay their invoice in cash. We also accept credit cards such as: EC card, Visa and MasterCard.
By completing your booking, you agree to our cancellation conditions.
Cancellation:
Cancellations are possible free of charge up to 7 days before arrival.
In the event of short-term cancellation, late arrival or early departure, we will charge 100% of the total amount.
Important notes:
Room cancellations are only possible in writing. We recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance.
Local tax: € 2.20 per person and day.
Additional services such as intermediate cleaning or laundry change can be booked on request for a surcharge.
